Gloria Martin

I was at work the other day, and and I seen this show poster. I thought it was dope, then after further review, I realized I knew the artist who created it. My friend Gloria Martin. Once I realized she did it, had to snap a picture of it on my blackberry. Gloria is a painter, and does alot of creative things. She paints in acrylic and oil. Her style is more geared towards childrens books, which is dope. One of my favorite pieces of hers is called Piglet. I like how she layers each water waves, and how she handled the alligators in the picture as well. Keep up the good work homie! http://gloria-jean.com/

"Grouchy" Greg Watkins

I was bored at work on my break last friday afternoon. So usually on my lunch break, I read The News Journal. As I was browsing thru the 55 hours section, I seen a picture of Greg "Grouchy" Watkins. He is a Delawarean first of all, and most importantly, he is the founder of the worlds most popular Hip-Hop Website, Allhiphop.com. I met him a while back at a networking event, he's a very cool humble dude. So I started with a quick sketch in pen, which I never do, then refined it, took it home and painted it. This ended up being a quick, random experimental piece I had to execute out my head.

24k Rap

J Dilla feat Raekwon and Havoc. This song is a problem. Hip-hop is not dead. You just have to go underground to find it. RIP J Dilla. One of the best producers EVER.

Nike Air Ones

Ahhhh...Nothing like a fresh pair of Nike Air Ones. My favorite sneakers of all time. Too much time on my hands on a Sunday afternoon...I know.

Rock Smith

Big up to Rock Smith for coming to the art show as well! They got some dope designs. Check em out here! http://www.rocksmithtokyo.com/

Eric Jordan

Eric Jordan is a friend/Artist of mine. He is the master mind behind the whole Philly Foundation Art Show 3. So without him, this show wouldn't have happened. So big shout out to you Eric! One of my favorite pieces from Eric is his picture of Questlove from The Roots. It has a portrait, graffiti, design, oil paint, digital look to it that I really like. His style is crazy.
